Vincent Wong

Vincent Wong is a serial entrepreneur, property strategist, and business growth specialist with more than 25 years of experience in property and business. Since entering the property industry in 1998, he has transacted property deals worth over £200 million and is widely recognised as one of the pioneers of creative property acquisition strategies in the UK and internationally.

During the 2008 financial crisis, Vincent helped pioneer innovative control-based property strategies, including Lease Options and other creative acquisition models, which were later implemented across the UK and 12 other countries.

Alongside his property ventures, Vincent has also been involved in scaling multiple businesses, including achieving an IPO, with a strong focus on growth, systems, and scalable business models. He holds an MBA from Bayes Business School and has spoken on stages around the world, with many of the property industry’s leading figures among his clients and business network.

Vincent is also the author of Property Entrepreneur and has appeared internationally across television, media, and live events as a recognised authority in property entrepreneurship and business growth.
